US Repairs is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. The guidelines cover three levels of accessibility: A, AA, and AAA. We have chosen Level AA as our target conformance level.
US Repairs takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of our Site: we include accessibility as part of our internal development process; we provide text alternatives for non-text content; we ensure that content is adaptable and can be presented in different ways without losing meaning; we use sufficient color contrast ratios to ensure text is readable; we ensure all functionality is available from a keyboard; we provide clear and consistent navigation; and we make text content readable and understandable.
While we strive for full accessibility, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include: some third-party embedded content (such as our e-commerce product catalog) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards; some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible; and some interactive elements may have limited screen reader support. We are actively working to address these limitations.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our Site. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us through our Contact page. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will do our best to respond to your feedback within five (5) business days and to address the issue as promptly as possible.
