Have the laptop, its usual power adapter, and the model or service number from the bottom label ready when you contact us to arrange service. Describe what happens after pressing the power button: note lights, fan noise, beeps, charging behavior, screen flicker, lines, dim areas, or an external display that still works. Explain whether the problem changes when the lid or cable moves and whether a spill, drop, update, or overheating event came first. If the laptop starts, back up important documents and photos before service and close confidential work. Have any recovery key required by device encryption available.
