All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy on our Site. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, or handling fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

We accept the following payment methods: major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payment information is processed securely through our payment processor using industry-standard encryption.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete. You authorize us to charge the total order amount (including taxes and shipping) to your payment method.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, a summary of the items purchased, the total amount charged, and estimated delivery or service dates. This email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase.

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders that exceed reasonable household quantities.

You may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped or before the service has been initiated. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violation of our Terms of Service. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Products sold by US Repairs may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product for specific details.

US Repairs provides a thirty (30) day service warranty on all repairs performed by our technicians. If the same issue recurs within 30 days of the completed repair, we will re-examine and re-repair the device at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, physical damage caused after the repair, or damage caused by the customer.

To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable express warranty period. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Applicable sales tax, use tax, or other taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and the applicable tax rates. Tax rates are determined by the taxing authority with jurisdiction over the delivery address. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers, are limited to one per customer, and are subject to expiration dates and other terms as specified. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
