US Repairs is not responsible for data loss during any repair or service. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting any device for service. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that data will not be lost, corrupted, or otherwise affected during the repair process.

Repair turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to parts availability, complexity of the repair, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of US Repairs or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state where US Repairs maintains its principal place of business. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
